Shipping & Delivery Policy

GTA Next-Day Delivery

We offer next-day delivery across the Greater Toronto Area. Orders placed before midnight are delivered the following day. Delivery is available to Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Burlington, Markham, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Newmarket, and surrounding GTA municipalities.

All GTA orders are hand-packed with insulated packaging and ice to ensure your caviar arrives at the correct temperature.

Canada-Wide Shipping

We ship Canada-wide via overnight courier. Orders are packed with sufficient ice and insulation to maintain product integrity during transit. Delivery timeframes for destinations outside the GTA may vary based on location and courier routing.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available on all orders over $200. Orders under $200 are subject to a flat shipping fee, which is calculated and displayed at checkout prior to payment.

Order Cutoff Times

Orders placed before midnight qualify for next-day delivery within the GTA. Orders placed after midnight will be processed the following business day.

Packaging

All orders are packed with care to maintain the cold chain from our facility to your door. We use insulated packaging and ice packs designed to keep your caviar at the ideal temperature during transit.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, arrives damaged, or you have concerns about the condition of your delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery at hello@goldcaviar.ca with your order number.
