Returns & Refunds Policy
No Returns on Perishable Products
Due to the perishable nature of caviar, we do not accept returns. All sales are final once an order has been fulfilled and dispatched.
We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing checkout. If you have questions about a product before purchasing, please contact us at hello@goldcaviar.ca.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, in poor condition, or contains incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@goldcaviar.ca. Include your order number and, where possible, a photograph of the issue.
We will review each case individually and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Because of our same-day fulfilment process, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been placed. Please review your cart and delivery details carefully prior to completing your purchase.
